We will be paddling the lower section of the Sun Kosi where the rapids are biggest and the Trek over the mountain pass to the Tamur and make our way down one of Nepals most exciting rivers!

This trip offers an exciting opportunity to explore the welcoming Nepalese culture and the beautiful and remote wild nature of the Eastern jungle. Our adventure begins on arrival in Kathmandu where we will take you on an exploration of the bustling city and its tourist attractions.

By private transport we head East to the lower part of the Sun Kosi river and put in on a few KM above Harkapur providing a nice warm up ahead of the biggest rapids on the Sun Kosi River. We paddle our way through the Jungle Corridor, the name given to many km of continous big volume class 3 / 4
We camp on the sandy river beachs each night. When we reach Tribeni, we take out here and travel by road to the starting point of a mountain pass where we will trek for 2 to 3 days over the top and take in some of the fantasitc views of the himalaya mountain range.
We then reach the put in for the Tamur, one of Nepals greatest white water rivers. Right from the get go this the Tamur lives up to its name with a class 4 rapid to start the day. With full raft support our kayaks are light so we can enjoy each rapid over the next 6 days surfing and playing as we go.
With full raft support to carry all of our food and expedition equipment, we set up camp each night on the sandy river beaches.Taking in the sounds of nature, reflections and stories around the campfires and being present in the moment.

10th to 12th November - Day 3 to 5
Travel East to Harkapur and begin our first river journey on the Sun Kosi River Class 3 /4+
- All Meals Included & Camping Riverside -
13th to 15th November - Day 6 to 9
From our take out at Tribeni we travel by road to our trek starting point and navigate over the mountain pass, camping at the top with views over the snow capped Hymalaya

16th to 20th November - Day 10 to 14
We paddle with full raft support the from our starting point 130km down to the confluence with the Sun Kosi river. This is 6 days that host some of Nepals best white water, read and run class 3 / 4+

21st November - Day 15
We paddle our final stretch of water to our take out and where our private transport will be ready to take us by road back to Kathmandu!

22nd NovemberDay - Day 16
A free day in Kathmandu which we reserve in case of any travel delays but provides a day for exploring more of the city, or just enjoying some time in the many bars and resturants.

After a our final breakfast in the hotel it is time for our depature or onward jounrey and where can will travel to te airport by taxi or assist with any further plans
